California LifeLine Program by Blue Bird Telecom

The California LifeLine Program is a state government assistance program that provides discounted monthly phone services to eligible households. Proof of eligibility is required. Important California LifeLine Information

The California LifeLine Program allows only one discount per household. Proof of eligibility is required, and applicants must choose between a home phone or a cell phone discount, but not both. Multiple discounts from different providers are not allowed. Providing false information to obtain benefits may result in penalties, fines, or removal from the program.

If service remains unused for 30 days, the subscriber may be de-enrolled from the program. Additionally, removing a wireless phone from a residence without alternative phone services may limit access to 911 emergency services.
